2. Pricing & Spot Price FluctuationsPrecious metals prices fluctuate with market conditions. All prices are subject to change without notice. Your order is locked in at the price displayed at the time of checkout and confirmed payment.

3. Payment We accept payment methods listed at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or payment issues.

4. Order Cancellations Due to spot price volatility, orders may not be cancelled once confirmed. If a cancellation is approved, it is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a restocking or market loss fee.

5. Shipping We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are shipped discreetly and fully insured. Risk of loss transfers to the carrier upon shipment.

7. Product Authenticity All products sold by Black Hills Bullion are guaranteed authentic. Graded coins are sold with their original certification intact.

8. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for market losses, indirect damages, or losses resulting from delays in shipment or market price changes after purchase.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota.
