Black Hills Bullion — Return & Authenticity Policy

All Bullion Sales Are Final All sales of bullion, precious metals, and graded numismatic coins are final. Due to the nature of precious metals markets and spot price fluctuations, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on bullion or coin purchases once an order is confirmed.

Pricing & Spot Price All prices are subject to the prevailing silver and gold spot price at the time of payment clearance. Final pricing will be confirmed at checkout and is locked upon receipt of cleared payment.

Damaged or Incorrectly Described Items If your item arrives damaged in transit or is materially different from its listing description, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Authenticity Guarantee Every coin and bullion item sold by Black Hills Bullion is guaranteed authentic. Graded coins are certified by NGC, PCGS, or CAC and ship in their original tamper-evident slabs. If you have any concerns about authenticity, please contact us and we will provide full documentation.

Storage Products Custom 3D-printed storage boxes and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
